Did you pay for the fantsy-pants flickr account, or just the regular boring old flickr account.
outstanding. arches and dead horse look amazing. i wanna come see the southwest! oh yea, im dating a classmate.
fantsy-pants.
awesome, geoff! undergrad or fellow grad student?
for now, just the grad student. but if any u-grads want some true socratic education, who am i to deny them?
well anytime you need an intoxicating, hellbent weekend, we'll happily put up all the hotties, grad or u-grad, in your entourage...
ahh, old route 666. goes through part of nm, you know.
btw, how much bandwidth and hard drive space does your hoster provide? i have a neat, free, fast, and easy program that can upload pics, create thumbnails, directories in a design of your choosing to your own website without having to host em on flickr
4gb of hard drive space, and 100gb/mo for bandwidth, i think. there are options for upping these numbers.
the second part of your comment triggered my spam filter. but in any case, i like the communal aspects of flickr, but what's the program to which you refer?
do a google search for jalbum. the communal aspects of blogging and picture hosting sites sometimes make them worth it. so it's up to you. 100gb/m is awesome. you should have no problem hosting your own pics if you want to.
i've been hosting everything including pics, except for my photos. i guess i wanted to try out the flickr thing, but if I find it to have no advantages, perhaps I'll switch to hosting them here.
