It is Stardust

Movable Buffet reports that the Stardust Casino will be demolished in 2007 to make way for Echelon Place, another megaresort. The Stardust is the place that the movie Casino is about. No word yet whether it will be imploded -- I'm not leaving this city until I see an implosion, dammit!

Your link has to many quotation marks. In addition, I hate when web designers use stationary backgrounds that stay put when you scroll... it's frustrating.
