    The photograph should be a constant reminder of how we can make false inferences from pictures. And of how pictures and language can interact to produce falsehood.

  • According to this article, Errol Morris has built a replica of parts of the Abu Ghraib prison for his documentary on the same subject. I guess we'll be getting his trademark reenactments. (FYI, the article also touches on minor plot details of The Sopranos, but there are no major spoilers.) (0) #
